Patty Bechard, Co-Founder and Executive Director
Patty, a Harvard Business School graduate, has worked for Bain & Company Consulting, Amazon.com, Gillette, and Proctor & Gamble in business strategy, new product development and marketing roles.
Always seeking opportunities to support schools and education, Patty served many years as a West Elementary PTO Board member and a representative to the School Council. She is currently on the West Middle School PAC, serves on the Finance Committee for the Parents of Students of Phillips Academy, and is an experienced team manager for the Destination Imagination enrichment program. In her time living abroad in South Korea and Germany, she taught English and enjoyed introducing youth to basketball. Patty received her BA in Economics and Math from Colby College.
Carlie Hornbrook, Co-Founder
Carlie worked in management consulting for Andersen Business Consulting, KPMG (BearingPoint), and Edgewater Technology. She developed strategy, technology and process solutions for a wide variety of clients within the financial services industry.
As Carlie’s children reached school age, she became actively involved in the Andover Public Schools. She served on the West Elementary PTO board for 6 years with the last 2 as President. She currently serves on the non-profit board for Andover Coalition for Education (ACE) and is President of the West Middle School PAC. Carlie received her BA from Colgate University.
